Feeling stuck in a conflict? You are not alone!

We offer support groups co-facilitated by an integrative lawyer and a therapist.

This group is for anyone who wants to shift how they are experiencing a current or former conflict so they can start moving beyond the conflict. We also will work to develop tools to help you manage conflict when it arises again.

We can’t wait to meet you and begin this meaningful work together!

Does it feel like the same story is playing on repeat?

Our circle will provide a supportive space to pause, reflect, and transform your relationship with conflict.

FAQs

  • Only what you feel comfortable sharing. You’re welcome to participate at your own pace. You will never be forced to share. Everything shared will be confidential. We believe that the more you share and participate, the more you will get out of the group.

That being said, there’s no pressure to share if you’re not ready. You’re welcome to listen and engage in whatever way feels right for you.

  • Participants may be navigating family tension, workplace disputes, divorce or custody struggles, conflicts with friends, or even internal conflict. The common thread is wanting to shift the emotional toll and find a healthier way to move forward.

It might be a current conflict, or an old conflict that still weighs heavily on you.

There is no right or wrong conflict to bring to this space. It could also be more than one. If conflict is interfering with your ability to live free from its burdens, then it is right for this group.

  • No. This group isn’t about analyzing or fixing the conflict from a legal or clinical standpoint. It’s about understanding your own reactions, patterns, and possibilities—so you can regain a sense of agency.

  • Yes. This group is meant to complement—not replace—other kinds of support. If you’re in therapy or receiving legal counsel, this can add a valuable layer of insight and reflection.

  • We request that you commit to all four sessions for the best experience for the entire group.
